Cables
When will I get my cables?
We typically assemble and ship small orders of up to 10 cables within 5 business days. For larger orders please contact us for lead times.
All orders over $100 include free Australia Post Express shipping and typically arrive in 1-3 business days after dispatch. We will email you a tracking number when they are sent.
We endeavour to keep all listed components in stock for rapid turn around. If any component is not available we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the lead time or provide alternate options. We have multiple suppliers for all components so most can be sourced within a week.
Where are your cables made?
All our cables are made to order in Sydney, Australia.
I made a mistake! Can I change my order?
All cables are made to order so please contact us as soon as possible. Once orders have been put into production it may not be possible or we may need to charge a fee to modify your cables.
I want to customise something your website doesn’t support - is this possible?
Yes! Please get in touch - it’s very likely we can help.
What components do you use?
We use rock solid Neutrik connectors and Mogami Gold Neglex cable in all our cables. This combination is battle-tested and we’ve found makes the most robust and reliable cables.
Shipping
Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately we are currently not set up to ship overseas.
What is the shipping time?
All orders over $100 include free Australia Post Express shipping and typically arrive in 1-3 business days after dispatch. We will email you a tracking number when they are sent.
Orders under $100 have the option of Express Post or Parcel Post, which typically takes 2-6 business days.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do you store my credit card information?
No, all transactions are directly handled by our provider Shopify, who are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We never have access to your card details.
